DESKRIPSI

Training HYSIS Field Process Engineering Design for Oil Gas sangat penting untuk memberikan keterampilan dalam merancang dan mengoptimalkan proses pengolahan minyak dan gas di lapangan. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak HYSIS, peserta dapat memodelkan, menganalisis, dan mengoptimalkan desain proses yang kompleks, yang memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat dalam operasional. Pelatihan teknik hysys gasification ini akan membantu peserta memahami berbagai parameter teknis dan proses desain yang efektif, serta bagaimana menerapkannya dalam situasi lapangan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keselamatan, dan keberlanjutan operasional di industri migas.

Pelatihan ini membahas mengenai HYSYS gas and oil processing manager dan tidak tuntas jika dipelajari dalam hitungan jam. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan waktu tersendiri dan bimbingan yang profesional.

  5. A basic understanding of the schedule for the different type of project

2) Process Simulator

  1. What is process simulator
  2. What are they
  3. How they are used
  4. How to determine the suitable one
  5. Process simulator needs
  6. Component and component behavior
  7. Process flowsheet or description
  8. Operating condition or design specification
  9. Calculate steady state process of heat and mass flow
  10. Model the surface facilities and gas plant
  11. Design or process evaluation
  12. Step to modular simulation(Hysis)
  13. Specify component and thermodynamic model
  14. Define process configuration
  15. Specify stream or unit operation connectivity
  16. Operation parameters are ready
  17. Run simulation
  18. Result Checking
  19. Check the simulation result is in line with the real design practice
  20. Verify the result

3) Process Simulation Unit Operation

  1. Select Hysis calculation block to represent process equipment
  2. Understanding of unit operation in Hysis
  3. Understanding single stage separation in Hysis

4) Process Simulation – Set & Adjust

  1. Describe the characteristic of feed forward controller
  2. Describe the characteristic of feedback controller
  3. Understand how to use SET as feed forward controller
  4. Understand how to ADJUST as feedback controller

5) Process Simulation – Crude Stabilizer

  1. Understand stream mixing and splitting block
  2. Understand pressure change block
  3. Select suitable heat transfer block
  4. Model a simple crude stabilizer

6) Recycle Stream

  1. Select suitable tear stream
  2. Installing recycle loop stream
