MBTI adalah alat yang kuat untuk memahami gaya kepemimpinan dan dinamika tim. Training leadership assessment using MBTI ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana menggunakan MBTI untuk menilai dan mengembangkan potensi kepemimpinan dalam organisasi, sehingga tim dapat bekerja lebih efektif dan harmonis.
Training ini membahas mengenai Penilaian kepemimpinan MBTI tidak tuntas jika dipelajari dalam hitungan jam, diperlukan waktu tersendiri dan bimbingan yang profesional.

Examples: Processes information before talking, Draws energy from the inner world, Enjoys spending time alone or with a small group of people.
- What form of information do you prefer?
- Sensing preference and its characteristics
Examples: Examines tangible, concrete facts, Present-tense focus, Looks at details and facts.
- Intuition preference and its characteristics
Examples: Listens to “gut” instincts, Future-tense focus, Looks at the overall picture and how things fit together.
