DESCRIPTION

Leadership characteristic must be possessed by all employees both at managerial and staff level. Effective leader is a leader who can set an example to his subordinates. Ability to formulate strategies and translate into action, communicate effectively and to manage conflict is an art and a skill that can be learned. Courage to bear the risk and make a decision at this difficult time will determine whether the leader can perform its function properly.
