To be able to effectively directing subordinates, then a manager must have the ability of coaching, counseling and mentoring (CMC). This function is done by observing, assessing, directing, set an example, lead and interact in an effective way. This training aims to provide an understanding and application of concepts and skills of coaching, counseling and mentoring so that the effective manager or supervisor can optimize its role in leading subordinates / employees.
